Using WorldPac

 

Before starting this, make sure that you have WorldPac SpeedDial Running, and you are logged in.

 

Open your Shop Management System.

From there you have 2 options, you can either look up WorldPac items directly using the Catalog button at the bottom of your screen...

 

...Or you can select a ticket and choose Catalogs in a Job at the top of your screen to add WorldPac items directly to the job you are working on at the moment.

 

After selecting WorldPac, a selection screen appears that prompts you to select a vehicle.

Note: This will already be filled in if you opened this screen from a ticket.

 

 

You will see Category, which prompts you with an assortment of Categories to choose from.

 

 

Then, you can choose the Parts you would like to insert into the job or wish to see.

 

 

Afterwards, you can select whether or not you wish to see the Pricing for this part, to Export the parts to your Shop Management System, or to Reset the fields and search again.

 

 

Once the Export button is pressed, you will see that the parts will go into a new box, which is the WorldPac DIAL interface.

 

 

Save and Order: Save the parts to the Shop Management System and Order them In WorldPac

Save Only: Save the parts into the Shop Management System without ordering

View WORLDPAC Full-Screen: Allows you to continue searching parts in WorldPac to add more.

Delete Item: Allows you to delete an item that is selected. The example above would be an A/C Expansion Valve

Exit: Allows you to exit WorldPac and go back to the Shop Management System

 

After you are done, you can click exit to go back into your Shop Management System
