Timecard Module Setup

To purchase the timecard module, contact Sales. The features are listed below.

• The timecard module creates actual timecards for payroll.
• Displays actual vs. billable hours.
• Efficiently reports by mechanic and ticket.

• From the Front Desk, click the Admin tab.
• Under the Setup column click Technicians.
• Use the Technicians screen to create, edit or delete labor technicians from the system.
  • Add
  • Select Add and fill out the form.
  • Select a Job Role
  • Select Save.
  • Edit
  • Highlight the technician you want to edit.
  • Select Edit.
  • Make appropriate changes.
  • Select Save.
  • Delete
  • Highlight the technician you want to delete.
  • Select Delete.
  • Confirm De-Activation.
• Call Sales to register your system.
• If you have a multi-user setup, go to Synchronize.
