Timecard Module Setup
To purchase the timecard module, contact Sales. The features are
listed below.

The timecard module creates actual timecards for payroll.

Displays actual vs. billable hours.

Efficiently reports by mechanic and ticket.
To setup the Timecard Module, follow the steps below:
- From the Front Desk, click the Admin tab.
- Under the Setup column click Technicians.

Use the Technicians screen to create, edit or delete labor technicians from the system.

Add
- Select Add and fill out the form.
- Select a Job Role
- Select Save.

Edit
- Highlight the technician you want to edit.
- Select Edit.
- Make appropriate changes.
- Select Save.

Delete
- Highlight the technician you want to delete.
- Select Delete.
- Confirm De-Activation.
- Call Sales to register your system.
- If you have a multi-user setup, go to
Synchronize.
