System Interface

• A Supervisor can double-click on the ticket number (or customer) that the technician is working on from the Front Desk.
• From the Estimate Summary screen, select the work group the technician is currently working on.
• The Parts & Labor screen displays.
• Click on the technician under Labor to view the Labor Detail.

  

• Double-click the Hrs box to display the Actual Labor Worked screen.

  

• The Actual Labor Worked screen allows you to view the technician, hours worked on this job and the status of the job.
  • If you select View All and Detail options the Actual Labor Worked screen displays a detailed list of the All groups/jobs for that particular ticket.
  • If you select Current Only I Detail options the Actual Labor Worked screen displays a detailed list of the Current group/job you are viewing.
  • If you select View All I Summary options the Actual Labor Worked screen provides a summary of ALL groups/jobs for a particular ticket.
  • If you select Current Only I Summary options the Actual Labor Worked screen provides a summary of the Current group/job you are working on.
