Clock In/Out

To Clock In and Out of the Timecard Module, follow the steps below.

Select the Clock IN / OUT option in Employee Mode.
Click on an employee's tab. Available jobs display.
Select a job or task from either Standard Jobs or Customer Jobs.
When you select a customer ticket and multiple jobs are listed under the ticket, they will display in the Description box with a Group number (G#). Select the specific job under that ticket. If there is only one job on the ticket, the Description box displays with only one selection.
On the top of the screen there are SHOW options; Assigned Jobs, Recent Jobs First and Newer Ticket #'s.
Select an option. Click Process.
If the technician is not assigned this job and Warning message displays. Select Yes or No.
The Time Card Login screen displays.
