NAPA PROLink
This is a direct
integration into the NAPA PROLink website for parts ordering.
To setup up NAPA PROLink, use the following steps:
- Contact your NAPA store and ask the manager for the NAPA 9 digit Store
ID and the TAMS Password (customer password). It starts with a
"D".
- From the Front Desk, click Admin.
- Click Online Interfaces.
- Click NAPA PROLink.
- Click Signup for NAPA PROLink.
- Fill out the Signup form completely.
- Click Submit UID Request.
- Fill out the Store Name. For example, NAPA of Toms
River.
- Enter the 9 digit store ID into TAMS Store ID.
- Enter the TAMS password into TAMS Account ID.
- Check Is primary store.
- Click Add New Store.
- Close and re-open the program.
To use NAPA PROLink, follow the steps below:
- Create a Ticket.
- Click Catalogs.

Click NAPAPROLink Online.

If there is no VIN entered, a vehicle must be selected.

Select your parts and click the Transfer button under the
quantity.

Once all parts have been selected, click Save to Estimate
at
the bottom. If this button is not displayed, click Show
Current Transfer Collection on the bottom left corner.

To place the order, click Order from the Estimate
Summary screen.
