Changing Processing Date
There may be times when you need to change the Processing Date. The date
can only be changed if you have not created any new tickets. Use the
steps below to change it.
End of Day has not been run today
- Open the program.
- Click on the Admin tab.
- Click Company Setup.
- Under WO Processing Info, click Unlock Date.
- Select Yes to continue.
- Select OK to Override.
- If you need to go back further than the date of your last End of Day, call Technical Support at (732)
473-0260.
End of Day has been run today
- Open the standalone SMS Backup Utilities from the ACR Shop Programs folder
on your desktop.
- Click Restore.
- Click Alternate Area.
- Highlight the current ZIP file and click Restore Alt Area.
- System will return to Set Processing Date screen.
- Select the current date.
