Marketing
Use the marketing section to create a marketing plan, design postcards, e-mail postcards, print labels
and export reports to a file.
- Add, Edit and Delete Marketing Plans
- Add
- Click Add.
- Enter a 2-digit ID number and provide a plan name.
- Click Save.
- Select the plan and click Setup.
- Select a Vehicle Group and Service Type.
- Select a date range.
- Click Back to Marketing.
- Edit
- Select a plan from the list.
- Change the name if so desired. To change the ID, delete the plan and
then re-add it.
- Click Setup.
- Highlight the plan and click Delete Selected Entry Above. This will clear
the settings.
- Select a Vehicle Group and Service Type.
- Select a date range.
- Check Add Months if needed.
- Click Back to Marketing.
- Delete
- Select the plan from the list to delete.
- Click Delete.
- Click Yes to confirm deletion.
- Add, Edit and Delete a Postcard
- Add
- Click Add.
- Enter a postcard name.
- Enter a description.
- In the upper left side of the blank area, type in your shop name and address.
- In the middle of the blank
area, type in the postcard
information.
- Click Save.
- Click Test Print to view the postcard.
- Edit
- Select a postcard from the list to edit.
- Click Save.
- Delete
- Select a postcard from the list to delete.
- Click Delete.
- Mailing List
- Click Create List.
- Check Basic Mode to create a list of customers/vehicles.
- Check Advanced Mode to target up to three groups of customers using the same
search selections.
- Check Professional Mode is the traditional postcard program.
- Click Next Step.
- Select by Customer OR Select by Vehicle OR Select by
Vehicle Service History.
- Click Next Step.
- Use the Adjusting Plan
to select the marketing plan and date range.
- Click Next Step.
- Use the Filtering screen to narrow down the list even further.
- The system will process and display the list.
- Select Export List, Print Postcards or Send
Emails.
