Jobs
From Admin, select the Jobs Editor. This screen allows you to set up canned jobs
for your shop.
- Master List
- Click Add.
- Under Step 1: Enter name of job and description. Select the
Sales Group and Service Type.
- Under Step 2: Enter the quote price for parts, labor and
total. Check any Pricing Options that apply.
- Add any Surcharges and check if they apply to parts and or labor and if they
will effect the tax.
- Click Parts and Labor.
- Enter the parts you need for the service.
- Enter the Technician, hours, rate, bill and any note required.
- Detail List
- Highlight a job from the Master List.
- Click Add under the Detail List box.
- Under Step 1: Enter the job detail name and
description.
- Under Step 2: Enter price quotes for parts,
labor and total. Check any Pricing Options that apply.
- Add any Surcharges and check if they apply to parts and or
labor and if they will effect the tax.
- Click Parts and Labor.
- Enter the parts you need for the service.
- Enter the Technician, hours, rate, bill and any note
required.
- Itemized Detail
- Highlight a job from the Master List.
- Highlight a job from the Detail List.
- Click Add under the Itemized Detail box.
- Under Step 1: Enter the item detail name
and description.
- Under Step 2: Enter price quotes for parts,
labor and total. Check any Pricing Options that apply.
- Add any Surcharges and check if they apply to parts and or
labor and if they will effect the tax.
- Click Parts and Labor.
- Enter the parts you need for the service.
- Enter the Technician, hours, rate, bill and any note
required.
- Modify
- Click on the item you want to edit and select Modify.
- Make the necessary corrections.
- Delete
- Select the item you want to delete and click Delete.
