Cloud is Down

If the cloud launcher does not detect an internet connection at startup, this window displays:

The test will take 1-2 minutes. If you know your internet is down, click the button. SMS Cloud Launcher displays.

The user must understand and check all the boxes/steps in order to click OK and launch the local SMS.
When their internet is back up and they launch the cloud, a window displays what files were changed from when the local recovery mode was activated. they can check off what files are to be copied back up to the cloud.
