Re-index
There may be times when technical support may ask you to use the Re-index
feature.
- Open Estimates

This utility will re-create the open tickets database by using the actual
ticket data files.
- History

This utility will re-create the entire history database by
indexing each of the history data files.
- Unlock Files

This utility will unlock all tickets. Used primarily in
a network environment. Verify everyone has
exited the system before running.
